Return and Exchange Policy:

At Danko Bags, your happiness is our priority! We want you to love your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free change of mind returns policy. If your bag isn’t quite what you expected, you can easily return it – no fuss!

We take pride in the high quality of our bags, and to date, we’ve never had a defect. But in the rare event that something isn’t perfect, we’ll cover all return shipping costs to ensure a smooth, worry-free experience. We're here to make sure you're completely satisfied!


1.Change of Mind Returns / 30 Day Money Back Guarantee 

  1. 1. Danko will allow a return for a refund, store credit or exchange product where you have changed your mind, provided that the item in question is:
  • returned within 30 days of receiving order;
  • as new and in a resalable condition; and 
  • not damaged in any way
  1. To return your item for change or mind, please follow our returns process
  2. Proof of purchase, name and order number is required to process any credits or exchanges.
  3. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods. Please note the item needs to be received by us, for you to be eligible for a credit or exchange. We recommend you insure high value items that you return for change of mind.
  4. You may be provided with a product exchange, store credit or refund. only when the returned product is received, and it complies with the requirements of clause 1.1 of the Return and Exchange Policy.

 

2.Return Process:

  1.    Contact our customer service team at info@dankobags.com to initiate a return.
  2.    Please state the reason for the return and include your name and order number and we will handle the rest!

 

2.Return Shipping:

  1.  Danko will pay for return shipping on all damaged or faulty goods.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change of mind returns, undamaged or non-faulty goods.
  3.  Consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

 

3.Defective or Damaged Items:

  1. If you receive a defective or damaged item, simply reach out to us at info@dankobags.com – we’re here to help!
  2. We’ll work closely with you to sort things out and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund, depending on what works best.
  3. Once your item arrives back with us, we’ll carefully inspect it and check out the issue.
  4. If everything checks out, we’ll happily provide a solution!
  5. If we find the item was misused or not cared for as recommended, we may need to return the goods to you.
  6. In the rare case where a return is rejected, you’ll just need to cover the cost of return shipping – don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process!
  7. Any refunds will be processed using your original payment method, or if you have an account with us, we’ll issue store credits to your account.
  8. We aim to have all refunds and replacements sorted within 28 days of receiving your return, but during busy times, it may take a little longer

4.Non-Returnable Items:

  1.    Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
